Who we are

This website is run by KODARA DIGITAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number and registered address in the details below). For the personal data described here, we are the controller. You can reach us at support@kodaradigital.net.

What this website collects

Nothing through cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or forms. The fonts, images and other files on this site are served from our own domain, so opening a page does not send your details to anyone else.

Server logs

Our website hosting and content-delivery provider processes, on our behalf, the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. We rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). The provider keeps this data only as long as it needs for security and operations.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply and to handle any work that follows. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering correspondence. We keep emails for as long as the conversation needs, and longer only where the law requires us to keep business records.

Transfers outside the UK

Our hosting provider may process data in other countries. Where that happens, the transfer relies on recognised safeguards: the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form.
